You can use either the web interface - to manage tickets - you will have to login using the password emailed to you. Or you can create new ticket by sending an email to Your email subject will be the ticket title and message will be automatically be posted as message. If we see two similar requests we will merge it to make things easier to manage.

All replies to the ticket emails will automatically be posted in ticket message board. If you CC anyone, it will also be included in the ticket interface and will be included in messages originating from the ticket in future. You can add users to your organization if they want to post tickets too. This can be only done through web interface.
